What exactly is EuroHaven?
EuroHaven is a relocation planning platform. We take the messy, country-specific administrative requirements of moving to Europe and turn them into a personalized, step-by-step roadmap for you and your family.
Is this a government agency or a law firm?
Neither. We are a private technology company. We provide software and information to help you manage your own move. We don’t grant visas, and we don’t provide legal or tax consulting.
Who is this for?
If you find European bureaucracy confusing and want a single, organized place to track your relocation tasks, documents, and family requirements, EuroHaven is built for you.
Planner and features
What exactly does the planner do?
It asks about your move — where you're going, who you're moving with, your immigration and employment situation, and other relevant details — then creates a personalized, step-by-step relocation checklist. It organizes tasks like “Get certified translations” or “Apply for a residence permit” into a timeline, so you can see what needs to happen and in what order.
Is the plan just a generic list?
No. If you have a dog, it adds pet health certificates and instructs you on how to get necessary documentation. If you're bringing a car, it adds registration tasks and helps you understand import requirements. If you're moving with a partner, it adds their permit tracking. It updates based on your actual situation.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Your plan isn't static. You can update details such as your move date, household, pets, car, housing situation, and other relocation information in your profile, and EuroHaven will update the relevant tasks and deadlines accordingly.
Does it tell me which documents I specifically need?
Yes. EuroHaven connects document requirements directly to the tasks in your plan, so you can see what paperwork you need for each step — including relevant translations, certifications, and supporting documents.
Family, pets, and cars
Can I add family members to my plan?
Yes. When you start your plan, you can specify if you're moving with a partner and/or children. EuroHaven then adds relevant tasks for their documents, residence permits, school or childcare registration, and other relocation steps alongside your own.
What about pets?
Moving with a pet? EuroHaven builds pet-related steps into your relocation plan, helping you stay on top of vaccinations, microchip and travel-document requirements, transport planning, and important tasks before and after arrival.
Important limitations
Can EuroHaven help me find a job or a flat?
No. We help you organize the administrative and bureaucratic path, but we are not a recruitment agency or a real estate platform. We can explain the requirements for a housing dossier or a job seeker visa, but you’ll need to do the actual hunting on dedicated platforms.
Do you book government appointments for me?
No. EuroHaven reminds you when you need to book an appointment (and what to bring), but we do not have a back door into government booking systems. You still have to do the early-morning portal refreshing yourself.

Can I submit my documents through the app?
No. EuroHaven is a planning and tracking tool, not a processing platform. Most European authorities still require physical document submission or use their own specific portals. We provide the checklist; you provide the files to the relevant officials.

Is the relocation planner free?
EuroHaven offers free relocation guides and resources. The full planner may include paid features, depending on the level of planning, tracking, and personalization you need.
Do I need an account to build a plan?
You can see a high-level overview without an account, but you’ll need to sign up to save your progress, track specific tasks, and access personalized document checklists.
Is there a mobile app?
EuroHaven is currently available as a responsive web app. You can use it on any browser, including on your phone, to check your tasks while on the move.
Privacy and data
Is my relocation data private?
Yes. We don’t sell your data to move-related service providers. The details you enter stay in your account to build and maintain your plan.
Can I delete my data if I decide not to move?
Of course. You can delete your account and all associated planning data at any time from your account settings.
